The 8th class result for Multan is not out yet

PECTAA has not announced the Grade 8 result for the current session. In 2026 the Grade 5 and Grade 8 results were released together in April. This page will carry the Multan Board result link the day it goes live — bookmark it and check back after the exams.

How to check your Multan Board 8th class result

The method is the same across every divisional board. When the result is live, open this page, choose Grade 8 and the Multan Board, and use one of these:

  1. By roll number

Type the roll number from the roll number slip exactly, select the exam year and search. This is the quickest way.

  2. By name

If the slip is lost, enter the student's name and father's name, then narrow the search to your school and district within the Multan division.

  3. From the school gazette

Your school receives a full result sheet from the board. The office can look up any candidate and print a copy.

Type the roll number carefully

One wrong or missing digit is the most common reason a result will not open. Read it straight from the slip, digit by digit, and make sure the class and year are correct.

About the Multan divisional board

The Multan board is one of the nine divisional boards that conduct PECTAA's Grade 5 and Grade 8 examinations in Punjab. It handles registration, roll number slips, exam centres and results for schools in these districts:

Multan, Khanewal, Vehari and Lodhran.

If your district is in this list, the Multan Board is where your 8th class registration and result sit. Students in other districts should use the board for their own division.

When is the Multan Board result announced?

Results are declared a few weeks after the last paper, usually for all boards on the same day. For the 2026 cycle that was in April. The exact date for the current session will be confirmed in the official notification.

  1. Examinations end
The last Grade 8 paper is sat.
  2. Marking and tabulation
Papers are marked and the Multan Board compiles its results.
  3. Result declared
Announced with the other divisional boards — April in 2026.
  4. Gazette and result cards

  5. Supplementary exam

Pass mark and grades

A student needs at least 33% in every subject to be marked "Pass". The result card shows subject-wise marks and an overall grade. A shortfall in one or two subjects can be cleared through the supplementary examination, where only the failed papers are re-sat.
